I graduated SUNY at Stony Brook with a math degree. Got a PhD in economics for Brown, but now I am a survey statistician for a government contractor. I find the work interesting, but I doubt the reader would. I used to read a lot of comics (and graphic novels*), but now am out of date.

* At a party, Neil Gaiman once told someone he was a comic-book writer. Later the unimpressed someone learned Gaiman had authored THE SANDMAN. "You don't write comic books," he exclaimed. "You write graphic novels." (The Sandman graphic novels orginally came out as comic books.)
