I grew up on the same block as Linda and played often with her. She was feisty and funny. I have movies of her at one of my birthdays. We might have been 10 or 11, and she was so proud of wearing stockings for the first time, instead of white anklets, that she lifted up her dress and showed off the old-fashioned stockings we wore before the invention of pantyhose, held up by those uncomfortable rubberband type garters. We all thought it was scandalous and giggled a lot. I remember I loved her braces and thought they were pretty and shiny.
Anyone have information about her life and death?

Linda was in my room on the "Senior Trip"! Did we have us a GOOD TIME!
Our room "ROCKED".....and if TONY behaves, I will show him the photo's.
Linda had a heart of GOLD, and was hilarious! Could have had a comedy club
"SHTICK". When I did make it to HS (lol), I ate lunch with Linda, and Sylvia Walsh. That's about all I remember about 3 years of lunches! Eating 1 tiny little 3 oz. ice cream if we ate, and then a cigarette....eating disorders even in the 70's! I think about her often and wonder where she is......now I know!
I will say a prayer for her in Synagogue, along with everyone else WE LOST!

Wow I am so sadden to hear about Linda. She and I went all the way back to John H West school. I hung out at her house and she at mine and we did some school trips in those years.. We drifted apart as we got in HS but we always had time to say hi.

She was a very sweet girl and we had some good times back then. She will be missed.

I just discovered this site and I can't believe the number of classmates that are gone now. So sad.
